Adam Bakhtiar

Adam BakhtiarAdam Bakhtiar is a CNBC correspondent – providing live, up to the minute reporting on breaking business and financial stories.

Based in CNBC’s Asia Pacific Headquarters in Singapore, Adam will be presenting market reports into CNBC Asia Pacific’s signature program "Squawk Box" and "CNBC’s Cash Flow".

Bakhtiar has had more than 10 years experience in the business and financial industry. Prior to joining CNBC, Adam worked as a stockbroker for 13 years with CIMB Investment Bank, where he set up a team of brokers to service high-net-worth individuals with their investment portfolios on the Malaysian market.

Bernard Lo

Bernie LoBernie Lo is an experienced television host and anchor. Based at CNBC’s Hong Kong studios, he will be covering core business day programming as well as a weekly 30-minute talk show.

A 20-year broadcast veteran of Asia-Pacific regional television, Lo has interviewed key political figures such as Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, Philippines President Gloria Arroyo and Hong Kong Chief Executive Donald Tsang, as well as top business leaders Richard Branson, Larry Ellison and Bill Gates.

Prior to rejoining CNBC, he was with Bloomberg television anchoring their primetime morning business and financial news show Morning Call and hosting it’s daily regional talk show, Asia Confidential with Bernie Lo. Lo also held a variety of on-air positions with Singapore Broadcasting, TVB and ATV.

Chloe Cho

Chloe ChoBased in Singapore, Chloe Cho is the Asia anchor for Capital Connection that broadcasts simultaneously from Asia, Europe and the Middle East.

The global program helps viewers get a pulse check of the Asian markets and previews the European and Middle Eastern trading day.

Chloe is a seasoned broadcast journalist with over 14 years of experience, having covered a wide range of issues from the Asian financial crisis and the North Korean nuclear showdown to the IMF, ASEAN and G20 meetings.

Christine Tan

Christine TanChristine Tan is the Singapore-based anchor for CNBC's longest-running feature program  "Managing Asia".

She also anchors "Worldwide Exchange", CNBC's groundbreaking program coming live every weekday from Asia, Europe and the U.S.  interviewing prominent CEOs and leaders of top companies doing business in Asia.

Tan has more than 16 years experience in journalism, more than half of which was with CNBC. During her career, she has covered the business and financial market impact from major news events like the Asian Economic Crisis, the Dot Com Bubble Crash, 9-11 attacks in the US and SARS Outbreak.

Emily Chan

Emily ChanEmily Chan provides live, up-to-the-minute reporting on breaking business and financial stories from Hong Kong markets.

Based in the CNBC Hong Kong bureau, Emily will be providing hits into all CNBC Asia Pacific morning programs. She will also be giving a round up of the North Asian markets for the European programs, as well as Worldwide Exchange.

Chan has had more than 10 years experience in the media industry on and off the camera.

Kaori Enjoji

Kaori EnjojiKaori Enjoji is CNBC's Tokyo bureau chief and reports live for CNBC from the world's second largest economy.

Enjoji has 16 years experience as a reporter and was the first correspondent to report live from the floor of the Tokyo Stock Exchange. She has a unique ability to break down the key economic, political and business stories in Japan.

Enjoji has been the CNBC correspondent in Tokyo for seven years. She has interviewed all of the top Japanese political and corporate leaders and is one of the best-known foreign business reporters in Japan. Prior to joining CNBC, she was a business and financial correspondent with Reuters in their London and Tokyo bureaus.

Karen Tso

Karen TsoBased in Singapore, Tso co-anchors CNBC Asia’s flagship programme, Squawk Box, a fast paced three-hour show that sets the news agenda in the region every Asian trading day.

She will also be co-anchoring a new one-hour programme, The Call in June 2010 that helps viewers make the right call for their business and their investments.

With over 10 years of experience, Tso joined CNBC from the Nine Network where she presented and reported business and finance stories for National Nine News, and Business Sunday. Tso was also the Today Show's personal finance contributor and presented a weekly segment on the program.

Lisa Oake

Lisa OakeLisa Oake is an independent journalist who anchors exclusively for CNBC Asia Pacific.  She has twelve years of experience as a financial news anchor and producer.

Her career includes a number of "firsts."  She was the first journalist to report live from the trading floor of the Singapore Exchange and she landed the first interview with the president of Indonesia after the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami.  She has interviewed business leaders, politicians and analysts from every level over the course of her career.

Martin Soong

Martin SoongMartin Soong is co-anchor of CNBC Asia's "Squawk Box", (M-F, 7-10am HK/SG), the network's flagship morning program.

CNBC Asia's "Squawk Box" is fast-paced, with its signature free-flowing debate. The show sets the news agenda in the region every Asian trading day.

Part of the CNBC Asia team since 1993, Soong is one of the founding anchors of the network, and has played a key role in helping shape its identity and development.

Matthew Taylor

Matt TaylorMatthew Taylor is CNBC’s Australian Reporter providing live, up to the minute updates on breaking business and financial stories from our Australian bureau.

Based in Sydney, Taylor provides market reports into our morning programs including “Squawk Box Asia” and on our Australian stock-trading segment, Trading Matters.

He has eight years of experience in broadcast journalism and during his tenure at CNBC has covered financial markets from CNBC's Asian headquarters in Singapore as well as been on production assignment at CNBC’s Global Headquarters in the United States.

Oriel Morrison

Oriel MorrisonOriel Morrison is a CNBC Anchor, based in Sydney Australia.

She provides special reports on breaking business stories, live market updates and premier on the ground business events from Australia.

One of Australia’s most prolific business journalists, Oriel Morrison has almost a decade of business and financial news reporting experience.  She joins CNBC from Bloomberg, were she was a reporter and producer for Bloomberg Television News and Bloomberg Radio

Saijal Patel

Saijal PatelSaijal Patel, brings to CNBC 8 years of financial industry experience.

With her extensive background in finance, she provides viewers clear analysis and up-to-the minute coverage of news moving the Asian markets.

Patel is a regular contributor to CNBC's global program Worldwide Exchange and also presents live reports on Capital Connection , Squawk Box , as well as the Middle East, Pakistan and India.

Scott Pape

Sri Jegarajah

Sri JegarajahSri Jegarajah is an experienced business and financial markets correspondent at CNBC's Asian headquarters in Singapore.

He reports for "Squawk Box" (Asia), "Asia Market Week" and was an original correspondent for the Global Stock Patrol found only on "Worldwide Exchange." Jegarajah has a decade of experience in journalism. He was a frequent contributor to CNBC programming when he was an energy reporter for Dow Jones Newswires in Singapore and also was a prolific reporter for Dow Jones in London.

Prior to joining CNBC, he worked at Bloomberg, where he filed oil and energy market reports for the news terminals, television and radio services.
